I reinstalled the system doing a clean installation. I have reconnected the battery & display connections but problem still persists. I have also done Apple Diagnostics and says it does not detect any hardware issues. I have done SMC reset & PRAM/NVRAM reset but it does not help. But 99.5% of the time it doesn't start normally, until I was surprised when I opened the lid and it started normal 2 days in a row, I thought the problem was gone, but on the third day the problem came back.
